the best middle finger to iTunes ever.

so i swore that ever listening to my purchased copy of archandroid was lost until i finally saved enough moulah to purchase another itouch. lies and 10 types of itunes mindfucking deception. i went out and purchased some blank cd's. burned archandroid to the cd, ripped that shit onto windows media, and am syncing it to my phone as we speak. a seemingly small battle won against the goliath that itunes is. i feel an immense sense of accomplishment. because of said accomplishment, i will now clean the tank of my disgusting turtle, and my commode in musical heaven because Janelle Monae, the goddess herself will serenade me the whole way through.
p.s she is fucking beautiful. like legit.

crazy game and yo i'm Smooth like Butter.

I should probably get back on my blog game.
so I will.
Listenin to Butter by Tribe (My absolute favorite), it reminds me of why I started this blog. the name Confused x Clarity (confused by clarity) means just that. When you find out the truth, if you question the world around you (like me), it actually makes you confused. this blog was meant to do exactly that. I write what I feel and when I feel it. it makes the blog reall.
here are some things that made me Confused x Clarity in the past couple of days:

1. i used my dad's itunes to download Janelle Monae's ArchAndroid, only to be disappointed to find that I can't transfer m4a files to my phone. (9.99 down the flippin drain)

2. i longed to not be single, and then i got involved with someone. only to wish I was single again.
-___-

3. why do i not have one friend that TOTALLY gets me. i mean like every facet of me. am i too multifaceted?

i figured that those are pretty much the biggest "mindfuck" moments of my life...so why not post them. one thing that remained constant, thank God, is my love of tribe. I posted on them in the beginning, and i'm still just as enchanted.

C O S i: a pictorial

moderation is for people who wouldnt know what to do if they had it all.

so as i sit here, on this saturday night, in a foreign yet familiar bed (ADT waddup?!), listening to my favorite calm jawns, suffering from typical inomnia, i'm looking back on how i've never really been conservative in my personality. To me moderation is censorship, and censoring one's personality isnt considered genuine to me. others may feel otherwise but its just my opinion. The funniest part is tht being uncensored has often made me conservative in social situations. refusing to put myslef in compromising positions makes me feel morally righteous, but if i'm truly morally right would it not be morally wrong to attempt to fit in for the sake of being morally wrong?

"There's a ribbon in the sky for our love"

my new obsession: Stevie Wonder....actually old soul music in general, i am not discriminating. it has so much feeling, and it actually meant somethin, contrary to the bs that's released daily. although, i'll admit i'm a fan of a majority of it, nothing beats ribbon in the sky, or my cherie amor...because this is what love should sound like. not like kiss you thru the phone. or anything remotely similar to that. my old soul is slowly emerging....pour me some liq and let's all fall in love!
